The Company may transfer personal data to recipients outside Thailand, including cloud service providers or overseas sales representatives, when necessary. Such transfers will use a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes, the duration of the relationship, applicable limitation periods, and legal obligations. When no longer required, data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized using appropriate standards.
The Company applies administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. Measures include access controls, user authorization, responsibility management, and audit trails.
